I am Josie Carin, a clinical naturopath with 20 years of experience in natural health. I am based on the Coffs Coast of NSW and see clients online across Australia and in person at my Sapphire Beach clinic. And yes, I experience migraine too.
I have spent years working with women navigating migraine attacks - women who have been dismissed, given generic advice, or told to just "track their triggers" and manage their stress. That is not good enough.
Migraine Well was built because there was nothing else like it. A program that treats the whole picture, not just one piece. Evidence-informed, naturopathic, and designed around how the migraine brain actually works.

Common questions
What if I still get migraine attacks during the program?
That is completely normal and expected. The program is not designed to stop attacks immediately. It works by addressing the underlying drivers over time. Many participants find that frequency and severity reduce progressively across the 12 weeks.
Do I need to stop my current medications?
No. Migraine Well works alongside your current medical care. You will be encouraged to keep your GP or neurologist informed, and the program does not advise you to stop any prescribed medication.
I have been dealing with this for years. Can this program really help?
That depends on your individual situation. The program is not a cure and results vary. What it offers is a structured, evidence-informed approach to understanding and addressing your personal migraine drivers — something most women have never had access to. A clarity call is the best way to assess whether it is the right fit.
Is this program only for severe migraine attacks?
No. Migraine Well is suitable for women across a range of attack frequencies and severities — from those with episodic attacks to those navigating more frequent or complex patterns. If you are unsure, book a clarity call.
What is the time commitment each week?
Expect to set aside around 2 to 3 hours per week - including the weekly module content, your individual consultations, meal planning, the live group call, and implementing the practical elements. The program is structured to be manageable alongside a full life.
What if I cannot make a live call?
All group calls are recorded and available for you to watch in your own time.
